Vermont

The first state in the nation to pass a GMO Labeling law without a trigger, Vermont recently won the first round in court in defending that bill from a lawsuit by the Grocery Manufacturers in America (GMA). A US District Court judge recently denied GMA's motion for a preliminary injunction to block the implementation of the GMO Labeling law.
